Vain 500 metrin päässä rannalta sijaitseva TS37 on täysin kalustettu huoneisto, jossa on ilmainen WiFi. Huoneistossa on oma terassi, jolta on näköala Vattimerelle. Sisustuksessa on käytetty puukalusteita ja violetteja yksityiskohtia. Kaakeloidussa kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme ja suihku. Käytettävissä on lisäksi erillinen wc. Keittiössä on uuni, jääkaappi ja mikroaaltouuni. Tarjolla on samoin astianpesukone ja grillivälineet. Kävelyetäisyydellä on useita ravintoloita. West-Terschellingin keskustaan on 3 minuutin kävelymatka TS37:ltä. Mantereelle liikennöivä lautta lähtee 450 metrin päästä.

"A large, beautiful two-storey village house designed in a certain style. It's nice when the owners prepare breakfast and bring it to you at a convenient time in the morning. For a longer stay, it is difficult to do without a kitchen, but for a few days it is not a problem. There is a free parking space near the house. The surrounding area is beautiful with flowers and pets. It's all very atmospheric."
