Basecamp Hotel on perinteinen lodgetyylinen majoituspaikka, joka aseteltu keskeisellä paikalla Longyearbyenissä vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Longyearbyenin lentoasemalta. Lentokenttäbussi pysähtyy aivan majoituspaikan tuntumassa. Hotellin yksilöllisesti sisustetuissa huoneissa on ajopuukalusteet, turkismatto ja ilmainen WiFi. "The breakfast served here was exceptionally hearty and delicious—a great way to start the day! One thing to note is that there wasn’t an electric kettle in the room; however, the staff was extremely thoughtful and kind enough to let me take a full pot of hot water back to my room. This stay truly left me with unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!"

"Breakfast was incredible. Such a nice selection. The Chef was so personable and friendly. It really felt like nothing was too much hassle and the food was gorgeous !! The rooms were unique and so in keeping with the surroundings. The Staff were super friendly and helpful Loved the fact that you took your shoes off at the door. It made it feel like home."

"Almost everything is perfect. The room is clean and spacial. The people here are friendly and willing to help. The heating system is like that the energy is free of cost. The location is right next to the city center, which means easy to go to restaurants and supermarket. It is very important in winter. The decoration makes me feel in a wooden cottage, which was an amazing experience."

"We had a very enjoyable stay in this room. It was spacious and well equipped, including a small pantry that was very convenient. The bathroom was large and comfortable. We especially liked the view from the window, where we could see the beautiful lake. The room also had a sofa and a table, which made it a nice place for us to sit and relax in the evening. The surrounding area was peaceful and scenic. We spent some time walking around the lake."
