"Staff on the whole were excellent although one at reception was not so good. Parking under the hotel and for Oslo was a good rate. Bathroom was fine, bed was OK. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. As it was the night of a concert there was a buffet dinner which was excellent as were the staff on duty there."

"While checking in I was given pencil and paper to write down my personal information which I had already given when I booked. That was like going back 20 years. On the first day, I also asked for namecard with information about the name and address of the hotel but was told it wasn´t available."

"The rooms needed more lighting. I couldn’t really see to work - the desk lamp didn’t work. It needed a ceiling light. Kettle in room would have been good. Larger towels for shower."

We especially liked the view from the window, where we could see the beautiful lake. The room also had a sofa and a table, which made it a nice place for us to sit and relax in the evening. The surrounding area was peaceful and scenic. We spent some time walking around the lake."
