Perinteisessä puurakennuksessa sijaitseva Tromso Activites Hostel on perheomisteinen hostelli, jolta on 700 metriä Tromssan Hurtigruten-risteilyterminaalille ja 1,2 km Polaria-akvaariolle. Budjettityylisissä huoneissa on maksuton WiFi. Myöhäinen sisäänkirjautuminen onnistuu itsepalvelulaitteella. Tässä perheomisteisessa hostellissa on yhteiset kylpyhuonetilat sekä yhteinen keittiö ja oleskelutila. Joissakin huoneissa on työpöytä. Pyykinpesumahdollisuus on käytettävissä pientä lisämaksua vastaan varaustilanteen salliessa. Concierge-Palvelu neuvoo mielellään, mitä Tromssassa kannattaa tehdä ja nähdä. "Rooms didnt really get cleaned, apart from bins. I was in the room when cleaner would come in sometimes, but they just changed bins, no floor sweep etc. Also with reception being so short, if you had questions, there was noone to ask for things to do etc."

"Really good location and very friendly staff. My room was very spacious with only a couple of beds per room so had plenty of space. The kitchen was lovely within and out plenty of people to talk to. There is a nice shop just across the road which was great. This was my first time in a hostel so it was a great first experience."

"We had a very enjoyable stay in this room. It was spacious and well equipped, including a small pantry that was very convenient. The bathroom was large and comfortable. We especially liked the view from the window, where we could see the beautiful lake. The room also had a sofa and a table, which made it a nice place for us to sit and relax in the evening. The surrounding area was peaceful and scenic. We spent some time walking around the lake."
"the location was perfect for me. i travelled there on my own for skiing. it was 100m from the railway station, which is one train and tram from the airport and 100m from the gondola for skiing. there was a supermarket 3 min walk away and a petrol station next door, that was open late and did food. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast nice and varied, english and continental style. one of the dinners i had was exceptionally good (Iberico secreto). the view from the room was lovely, overlooking the lake. the room was nice and warm (although 2 other separate people had problems with their heating). there was a bath with a shower in it. it was pretty good."
