"- Great location in city centre - Andrew was really friendly and helpful host, he knows much about tourism and hiking in the mountains - It felt a little bit like a home share, I had my privacy respected and I was allowed to have guest in my room to discuss travel plans - The place is located near to the main roads but in a small side street that I calm and not noisy - room was large and clean, kitchen and bathroom were available - The price was great for the nice stay in this place - There was a good vibe in the place, a lots of positive energy, privacy and respect."

"I had the most amazing time at Andrew home. The bedroom was huge. Big wardrobe two chairs and a big comfortable double bed. There is a kitchen with all the amenities that you need. Fridge gas stove and plenty of utensils. There are two bathrooms which are always super clean with food water by and cold. If I needed anything Andrew was always willing to help. You have so much privacy but can also socialise with him if it suits. I would actually consider Andrew a friend now as we had some really good times together and he is an exceptional cook 🙂"
"I can honestly say there's was nothing i didn't like. I struggled with the fan as it was super hot in monsoon season but that's just me."
"The room is large, clean and tidy. The landlord is very enthusiastic. When we checked in, he will go downstairs to help us carry our luggage in person. He will greet us every day when we go out to play.If I go back to Katmandu, I will choose here again."

"A great place to stay on the edge of Thamel but without any of the noise as it is down an alleyway in a residential apartment block. Spotless. Big bedroom. Water heater is a bit of a challenge but gives hot water. We had the large ensuite room. You need to be able to contact Andrew before you arrive as there are two potential locked gates and his door is locked as well - send approximate arrival time. It’s a bit hard to find - last building on the left beyond the small shrine."

"Andrew Is the best owner i could find, friendly, smiling and always available to take care about your needs. Last day i forgot my shoes in the apartment and he permits to come back after few days to take back. No one was present in the apartment but he called the last floor family to give me keys and take shoes. Thanks for everything!"

"Bhiurankot Hill Top Resort is a serene escape with stunning panoramic views, beautiful gardens, and a refreshing pool. My room was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, with free WiFi. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant offered delicious Local Nepali food like Sukuti, Local Chiken and gundruk. Pet-friendly, great bar with hill views, and excellent value. Perfect for relaxation away from the crowds. Highly recommended."
