"We had an exceptional stay at this apartment in Nizwa. Everything was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The surroundings were peaceful and very pleasant, making it a perfect place to relax with our family. The kitchen was excellent — well-equipped and convenient for cooking. The host was truly outstanding: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Communication was fast and effortless, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. These were honestly some of the best apartments we’ve stayed in during our travels. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nizwa — it exceeded our expectations in every way!"

"Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro , raggiungibile comodamente a piedi . Parcheggio privato . Il proprietario molto gentile . Il nostro appartamento era al piano terra . Salottino , cucina e camera da letto . Bagno molto piccolo ma con ottima doccia . Letti comodissimi . Cucina attrezzata ma noi non l ' abbiamo utilizzata . Silenzioso. Facile da trovare."

"Freundlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber. Ich fühlte mich sehr willkommen! Große geräumige Wohnung, für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Zur Innenstadt fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten. Klimaanlage, bequemes Bett, viel Platz, nette Einrichtung, Parkplatz im Hof."

"Apparemment confortable et tout équipé. Notre hôte Amur a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, il nous a invité dans sa maison prendre le café et découvrir Oman de manière traditionnelle. Le logement est très bien situé, au calme, à environ 20 minutes à pieds du vieux Nizwa. Des places de parking sont disponibles devant les appartements. Je recommande vivement !"

"Ampi spazi, doppio servizio, salotto, ingresso, cucina completa di tutto quello di cui potevano aver bisogno. Presenti anche saponi, ciabatte per in bagno. Mi è piaciuta la vista dalla nostra camera, vedevamo la montagna (dal primo piano). Comodo parcheggio interno. Amur è un super host e anche i suoi figli sono stati molto accoglienti! Grazie 🙏🏼"
"Noi siamo abituati ad avere anche il lenzuolo oltre alla coperta quindi ci “‘mancava un pezzo” ma poi Amur ci ha spiegato che loro lavano e disinfettano le coperte dopo ogni ospite quindi si possono usare come usare il sacco per il piumino."

"Ill turista occidentale è di passaggio / in inverno vuole godersi l’aria aperta, sarebbe carino avere uno spazio all' aperto dove rilassarsi e fare colazione. Meglio se ci fosse uno stendino e una lavatrice, anche in comune o a pagamento, per il viandante che si ferma nel suo tour . Sempre per gli occidentali, in cucina un tostapane ci starebbe bene. Come anche un comodino accanto al letto. Il gallo la mattina è fin troppo puntuale... Non serve mettere la sveglia!"

Balcony has seaview including dolphins in the morning. Good wifi. Perfect specialty coffee shop in the same building. Owner is very kind and helpful to make your stay complete."
