Hotel Rezydent boasts a fantastic location in the heart of Cracow’s Old Town, just a short walk away from the beautiful Main Market Square. It retained a lot of original features, such as Medieval frescoes and wooden ceilings. The rooms offered by Rezydent are elegantly decorated in warm colours. Many of them have great views of Grodzka Street. All come with a bathroom and are equipped with satellite TV, a radio and a telephone. Rooms are located in three buildings - one of them has a lift. Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel's public areas and an airport shuttle is offered at a surcharge. Kraków Główny Train Station is 1 km away and the royal Wawel Castle is just 700 metres away from Hotel Rezydent.

"Sijainti vilkkaimman pääkadun varressa aiheutti erittäin paljon melua ,kaikki äänet kadulta kuului huoneeseen. Tarjolla oli kyllä korvatulpat. Hotellilla itsellään ei aulatiloja missä esim oleskelutilat tai juomia tarjolla. Vain respa ja aamupala paikka joka meni kiinni jo klo 10 a.m."
