They went above and beyond, attending to even the smallest details, such as assisting us by carrying our ordered dishes from the hotel restaurant to our room, which allowed us the comfort of dining in privacy. "Very nice hotel with a great location if you are planning to go hiking. Great relaxing zone like a swimming pool, 4 sauna, and an outside jacuzzi, especially after a long day hiking. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very tasty breakfast with lots of choices."
