Cascade Wellness Resort asemoi puutarhan keskellä upealla kalliolla, jolta on maisema Atlantin valtamerelle ja läheiselle Porto de Mósin rannalle. Lomakeskuksen spa-alueella on poreallas ja sauna, ja saatavilla on kauneus- ja hierontahoitoja. Lomakeskus koostuu hotellista, huoneistoista ja itsenäisistä huviloista. Majoituspaikka on jaettu 5 yksilöllisesti sisustettuun siipeen, joista kukin edustaa portugalilaisten navigaattorien retkikuntia 4 eri mantereella - Euroopassa, Afrikassa, Aasiassa ja Etelä-Amerikassa. Cascade Wellness Resortissa on huippuluokan kuntosali, lastenkerho, 2 jalkapallokenttää, 2 tenniskenttää, pelihuone ja spa, jossa on 4 hoitohuonetta ja lämmitetty ulkouima-allas. Lomakeskus on 30 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Dona Anan rannalta ja Ponta da Piedaden majakalta. "Todella runsas ja hyvä aamiainen. Vanhaan kaupunkiin vajaan puolen tunnin reippailu, upealle Ponta da Piedadelle matkaa vartin verran, kuten myös lähimmille uimarannoille . Rantaaisemat kaikkinensa ovat lähiseudulla todella vertaansa vailla."

"We had such a lovely little getaway at your hotel with my daughter, and it happened to be her birthday during our stay. Everything about our visit was truly wonderful — from the beautiful apartment and spotless cleanliness to the warm hospitality and attentive service from your team. The highlight for us was the incredibly thoughtful surprise we found when we returned from dinner: a little birthday cake, juices, and handwritten wishes from the staff. It was such a touching and beautiful gesture, and it made my daughter feel very special. Moments like this stay in your heart. Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere and for going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. We felt genuinely cared for, and it meant a lot to us. Your hotel absolutely deserves the highest praise, and we will remember this stay very fondly. We hope to return again someday."

The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"
