Expo Oriente Lis sisältää keskeisellä paikalla Parque das Naçõesissa, joka on yksi Lissabonin tärkeimmistä matkailukohteista. Tältä sydämellinenltä majoitusyksiköltä on 5 minuutin kävelymatka Oceanário de Lisboa -akvaariolle ja luonnonkauniille rantakadulle. Lissabonin keskusta lukuisine kauppoineen, ravintoloineen ja kahviloineen on 13 minuutin ajomatkan päässä majoituspaikalta. Bairro Alton yöelämän alueelle on 15 minuutin ajomatka Expo Oriente Lisiltä. Lissabonin kansainväliselle messukeskukselle (FIL) ja Altice Arenalle, jossa järjestetään useita konsertteja ja näytöksiä, on vain 5 minuutin kävelymatka. Gare do Oriente -rautatieasemalle on 4 minuutin kävelymatka majoituspaikalta. Lissabonin kansainväliselle lentoasemalle on 8 minuutin ajomatka.

"Could not fault anything about our wonderful stay at this lovely property. Sergio was so helpful....met us when we arrived, helped us park our vehicle, and even helped us with our luggage. He explained everything in the apartment and made sure we were comfortable before he left. The apartment had everything we needed - on the 10th floor - lovely views facing the river, Casino, shopping centre one block away, and Hop on Hop off bus almost at the front door. Perfect. Thanks again, Sergio."

"Lo scaldabagno ha smesso quasi subito di funzionare, non c'era caffè a disposizione nonostante la presenza di macchinetta e bollitore. NB è necessario cambiare due ascensori perchè il palazzo è enorme e ci sono diverse ale/settori. E la proprietaria è stata gentilissima, così come il figlio che ci ha fatto avere tutte le informazioni utili via whatsapp, ma non parlava inglese."
