"Kaunis vanha talo, hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avualiasta. Huone oli tilava, kaikki toimi mainiosti. Hotellissa oli rauhallista. Aamiainen klo 8-10.30 sopi hyvin omaan rytmiini, tarjoilua riitti loppuun asti. Marquês de Pombalin metroasemalle lyhyt matka, busseja eri suuntiin, kadulla öisinkin rauhallista ja turvallisen oloista. Kävelyetäisyydellä keskikaupungilta. Viistosti vastapäätä ruokakauppa, ympäristössä paljon ravintoloita ja kahviloita. Hotellilta tuli linkki sähköiseen check-inniin päivää aiemmin, se nopeutti sisäänkirjausta."
