"We were on holiday with a large group of relatives. The villa is spacious, everyone felt very comfortable. Four separate bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three cars can be parked in the courtyard of the villa. Swimming pool, lots of sun loungers, fully equipped kitchen. There is a barbecue area. The villa is clean and well-maintained. Friendly neighbours recommended places to visit, as well as the best, in their opinion, local shops and markets. We liked absolutely everything. I definitely recommend staying here!"

"Large property with plenty of space for everyone. Good facilities in the kitchen, dishwasher and utensils etc. Air con in every room Very clean on arrival Host organised our return transfer back to the airport which was very kind of her"

"Pool had a green/yellow coloured mark all around the water line. Cigarette ends kept appearing on the patio area ( none of our party smoke ) Host informed us quite sternly that its quiet time after 11pm, we were happy with this rule and adhered to it but unfortunately, another villa nearby were noisy one night after 1am!! Didn't spoil our holiday though. Taxi ride to the top of the escalator ( old town) is approximately €10 euros"

"Everything. The location was perfect close but yet far enough to enjoy a great night sleep. Close to beach for a fantastic morning walk. Small beach close also for an evening swim and a little food and drink. We all agreed this location was unbelievable for us a fantastic place to eat up the road sooo reasonable and staff fantastic. Clara was a real lady pleasure to deal with. We are already looking at dates for next year"

"It provided us with everything that we needed for 8 adults and a baby. The property had all the necessary appliances and crockery, as well as a washing machine, high chair and cot. Every room has air conditioning which was fabulous. 3 double bedrooms, one with on suite bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Beds were really comfortable so slept well. The outside area is lovely, the patio is well sheltered with ample seating. The pool is a perfect size and depth - great to cool off in. The location is good, 20 mins by car to Villamoura and Albufeira Marina. There is a small supermarket 10 minutes walk away with a larger one 20 minutes away. local restaurants 15 minute walk down the road. Clara, the owner was wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Clara, the owner, is really lovely and accommodating. She was available to answer any questions we had. There was plenty of room for all of us, and there was a market and pharmacy within a 15-minute walk. The property had a stove top, oven, dishwasher, and washer in the kitchen. All were easy to use. There were enough plates and utensils."

"Superbe maison avec tout ce qu’il faut. On a passé un super moment entre amis. Emplacement parfait. L’extérieur est vraiment top!"

"Un peu de vis à vis sur le jardin mais nous avions réservé fin juin donc ça nous a pas déranger, mais je pense qu’en pleine saison ça doit être différent."
