"Sijainti oli ok. Hotelli oli todella iso ja siellä oli paljon palveluja, joita emme valitettavasti ehtineet käyttää, sillä olimme hotellissa vain yhden yön. Libanonilainen ravintola alakerrassa oli loistava. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen. Kuljetus lentokentälle oli hyvin järjestetty."

"Meille tuotiin huoneeseen jonkun toisen ihmisen vaatteet pesulasta ja jouduimme soittamaan tästä kaksi kertaa. Huoneemme ilmastointi piti kovaa ääntä, mutta tämä saatiin kyllä korjattua noin tunnin sisällä. Huoneestamme oli ovi toiseen huoneeseen ja ovan läpi kuuluivat toisen huoneen äänet. Onneksi äänet hiljenivät ennen kymmentä, joten saimme hyvin nukuttua."

"Varasin huoneen koska transit aika jatkolennolleni oli yli yhdeksän tuntia keskellä yötä. Sain levättyä rauhassa hotellissa ennen seuraavaa pitkää lentoa. Hotelli ja huoneet oli erittäin siistit. Sängyt, peitto ja tyynyt erinomaisia. Taksimatka Dohan kentältä hotellille kesti noin 15 minuutin ja maksoi vain 12 euroa. Paluu kentälle tapahtui hotellin omalla ilmaisella bussikuljetuksella. Tämä hotelli on hyvä vaihtoehto, jos ei halua/jaksa viettää lentokentällä pitkää transit aikaa. Dohan lentokenttä on nimittäin erittäin ruuhkainen. Huom! lentokentältä voi poistua ja palata takaisin vain, jos transit aika on yli kahdeksan tuntia."

"The air conditioning was not working properly, with strong fan and very cold air despite us trying to increase temperature. Staff had maintenance try to fix it but we ended up changing rooms due to the problem continuing. The airport shuttle was overcrowded going from hotel to airport but did not leave anyone behind."

The room was very comfortable and well-maintained, and the housekeeping team frequently replaced the bath amenities, which I really appreciated. Whenever I needed anything — whether it was a sleep mask, deodorant, or any other small item — it was brought to me quickly without any hassle. The service was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly polite and professional. The housekeepers were always smiling and friendly, and the reception team was welcoming and helpful at all times. Their positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. It is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I would definitely love to come back again."
