Novi Sadin keskustassa, pääaukion vieressä, sijaitsevassa Hostel Sovassa on tilava yhteinen olohuone, jossa on televisio ja tietokoneita, jotka ovat vapaasti kaikkien asiakkaiden käytettävissä. Wi-Fi on käytettävissä majoituspaikan kaikissa tiloissa. Hostellin välittömässä läheisyydessä on ravintoloita, baareja ja museoita. Kaikissa Sova-hostellin huoneissa on kirjoituspöytä, tuoli ja vaatekaappi, ja kylpyhuoneissa on suihku sekä wc. Asiakkaat voivat käyttää jaettua ja täysin varustettua keittiötä sekä pesutupaa. Tonava on 400 metrin päässä, ja historiallinen Petrovaradinin linnoitus, jossa järjestetään kuuluisa Exit-festivaali, asemoi 500 metrin päässä. Omistajat voivat järjestää retkiä läheiseen Fruška Goran kansallispuistoon ja tutustumiskäyntejä ortodoksisiin luostareihin. Kaupunkibussit pysähtyvät vain 100 metrin päässä, ja keskuslinja-autoasemalle on 10 minuutin kävelymatka. Belgradin lentokenttä on 80 km:n päässä. Omistajat voivat järjestää lentokenttäkuljetuspalvelun lisämaksua vastaan.

"The hostel is very charming, and everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, and having our own private bathroom was a great bonus. The location is excellent — just a few minutes from the city center and the Christmas market, and no more than a 20-minute walk to the bridge and the fortress. We were very satisfied with our stay."
"We mention this in no way as a negative comment, just as a friendly suggestion for the future. Although the bathroom was clean, it could benefit from some renovation. It would also be helpful if the entrance door code could be sent in advance for added convenience."

"The place is really cute and the location is amazing, right next to the main square., still it's a really calm place, so you will get a good sleep here. The people working here really made sure I had the best stay possible and it was nice to know that the place was actually run by locals and not some big chain. Would definitely stay here again and as a female solo traveller I felt really safe here."

"This is a comfortable no frills, small hostel well located in the centre of Novi Sad. I stayed in one of the private rooms, which was straightforward, comfortable bed and functional bathroom, and reasonably priced. While the city suffers from truncated public transport services due to the very sad events at the main station, it seems likely that more travellers will need to break the trip in Novi Sad, and this is a good, simple option. Cash only."

"Lovely to experience well travelled people in hospitality. The owners are travellers themselves and therefore understand what fellow travellers need. The hostel is right at the center, super clean, spacious dormitory, dedicated electric sockets, there's a kitchen, comfortable common area, but most importantly super friendly and helpful hosts. I recommend this place a 100%."

"It's was good, but it says that they have 24/7 check-in, but I was there around midnight and I was trying to reach hostel staff (because it's not open 24/7 suddenly). But in general, it was comfortable to stay there for 1 night."
