Belgradin keskustassa kulttuuriperintörakennuksessa toimivasta Vila Terazijesta avautuvat ihailtava näkymät Terazijen aukiolle. Kuuluisa Kalemegdanin puisto ja linnoitus sekä kaupungin tärkeimmän jalankulkualueen monet ostosmahdollisuudet ovat vain 500 metrin päässä Vila Terazijesta. Tasavallan aukio, Trg Republike, on 200 metrin päässä. Linja-auto- ja rautatieasemille on Vila Terazijesta matkaa 600 metriä. Jokilaiturille on 550 metrin matka. Belgradin lentoasemalle on matkaa noin 20 km, ja lentokenttäkuljetus on saatavilla lisämaksusta.

"The host was very accommodating to our late arrival, which we appreciated. The room was spacious enough, warm, and clean. Good shower and clan toilet."
"This isn’t necessarily the fault of the host or of the hotel, but the smell of cigarette throughout the building and particularly at the floor where we were at was extremely noticeable."
"Close to the Hotel Moskva so very central, just down the hill and 5 minutes from the main bus station. Good value, the room was compact yet cosy, bed was good, furnishings and bathroom very good. For the money, this was a good choice as I needed to be close to the airport bus at some silly time in the morning, but it's also not far from several good craft beer bars which is a bonus!"
