"Faruk Ahamad - the caretaker - was very helpful in creating a video walkthrough of what to do upon arrival, from the gate to the unit and the password. He was also patient in meeting us to do the payment (they only accept cash or KSA debit card on the property). The property itself was large with two bedrooms and three beds, a large kitchen, and clean bathrooms. There are bathroom slippers, which were much appreciated. The WiFi mostly functioned as well, as did the microwave."

"A fairly large amount of effort was needed to figure out and connect with the property in order to get access instructions. Don't expect these to be forthcoming or obvious, little is shared in the instructions. The furniture was dated, there was no toilet paper provided, and the beds looked hurriedly made, so I just had to hope they hadn't just been slept in. I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it."

"The apartment was excellent. Nicely furnished and decorated and super comfy! Located in an ideal place and only minutes from wherever you want to go in Abha. The owner was great and the staff really helpful. Has private parking and this was the only negative of the stay that someone scuffed my car with thier car door, but this could have happened anywhere. Would definitely stay again next time in Abha."

"والله أفضل شقق سكنتها في أبها، نظافة وترتيب، وكل ما طلبت شيء خلال فترة إقامتي 3 أيام نفذوه، وفوق ذلك مالك الشقق قمة في الأخلاق والأدب والتسامح، حصل لي موقف وأحرقت بالمكواة شراشف كرسي النوم، فتواصلت معه وصورت له اللي سويت، فردّ عليّ يقول (حصل خير يا غالي وجعلها فداك)، أحرجني بكرمه ورحابة صدره وشهامته، بيض الله وجهه."
