"Hotelli on siisti ja sijainti useamman metroaseman lähellä. Complimentary mini Bar oli suuri plussa. Hotellin erillisen suihkuhuone myöhäistä lähtöä varten oli hyvää palvelua."

"Vanhan talon tunnelmaa odotin hieman enemmän. Parveke on mukava, mutta näkymä vastapäiseen parkkihalliin. Hinta hieman yläkanttiin, sijainti perustelee sen eniten."
"The staff at the hotel were incredible in making us and our baby comfortable and welcome. We had two staff, Thirumal and Karthia, who left us and the baby presents and made sure our room was looked after between our babies naps, so as not to disturb their sleep."
"First room we were given had a skylight without a curtain, which allowed natural and unnatural light into the room 24/7. This made it very hard for our baby to sleep / nap. After the first night we requested a new room with curtains and were kindly relocated to a new room. Also in the gym, the treadmill was broken."

"I had to leave early and therefore I have paid for 3 nights that I did not stay. My visa to India came through earlier than I expected. Originally it was due on Saturday Feb 21st but they processed it in two days so I left for Mumbai on the Wednesday morning, Feb 18th. Wasn’t the hotels fault as I booked through booking.com which had a no refunds policy on that hotel when I booked."

"Excellent location close to Chinatown’s street food and market places. Small street with very low traffic, so practically no noise. The interior of the lobby oozes the old empire times and spirit in a tasteful manner - the giant chandelier makes an impact! Considering the buzzing Chinatown right the next street away, a peaceful location and good sound insulation otherwise as well."
"Some of the floor carpets were raggy and dirty, especially around the chandelier, right the place that should be the cleanest and sparkling! The safety locker did not work, another thing that is easy to double check for proper operation. The clerks were polite and helpful, but their behavior does not really meet the overall atmosphere of the lobby. This does not imply it necessarily needed to, but would be a cherry on top of the cake anyway."
