Vuonna 2017 täysin uusitun M-osoiten valoisissa ja ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on ilmainen WiFi. Majatalo kätkeytyy kävelyetäisyydellä Ljubljanan keskustasta. Yöpaikkan viereiseltä paikallisbussien pysäkiltä kulkee säännöllisesti busseja keskustaan. Huoneissa on äänieristetyt ovet ja ikkunat sekä LCD-TV satelliittikanavilla ja minibaari. Omassa kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme tai suihku sekä hiustenkuivaaja ja ilmaisia kylpytuotteita. M-lomakeskusssa on à la carte- ja buffetruokapaikka. Kesäisin asiakkaat voivat rentoutua majatalon terassilla. Ljubljanan keskusta on alle 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. M Hotel sijoitettu hyvällä paikalla lähistöllä Ljubljanan kehätietä, jota pitkin pääsee nopeasti lentokentälle sekä Slovenian muihin matkailukohteisiin ja nähtävyyksille. Lentokentälle ja nähtävyyksille on saatavilla muuten maksullinen kuljetuspalvelu.
