"Todella ystävällinen ja avulias työntekijä respassa. Hotelli oli tasokas, samoin ravintolan ruoka ja aamiainen loistava, jopa erinomainen valikoima gluteenittomia vaihtoehtoja. Huone oli hieno ja tilava ja oma parveke. Kylpyhuoneen katossa maisematapetti ja muutenkin hyvin mielenkiintoinen sisustus. Respasta sai liput viereiseen gondolihissiin, piti tosin olla GoPass-sovellus/jäsenyys (ei maksanut mitään)."
"Huoneestamme ei ollut hääppöinen maisema. Ylemmistä kerroksista tai toiselta puolen taloa olisi ollut parempi. Parveke oli melko pieni, eikä ollut yhtään kalustetta, vaikka naapuriparvekkeella näytti tuolit olevat. Kadunvarsipysäköinti, saattaa joutua jättämään auton melko kauas, mutta olimme niin hyvissä ajoin perillä ettei se meille ollut ongelma, hyvin oli tilaa ihan hotellin edessä."

"- the way that people from the reception, even the waiters talked to tourists was bit akward - although we got a message from their part saying that if we arrive a bit earlier we can do an early check in (extra fee), whrn ee arrived we were asked to wait aprox 2 hours and then they gave us a room for people with disabilities -the tone the waiters used to answer to our questions regarding food"
