"Personnel agréable, studio spacieux, propre et mis à disposition rapidement malgré l'arrivée assez tôt. L'hôtel se trouve sur le bord de mer où se trouvent de nombreux bars et restaurants. De nombreux commerces se situent dans les rues parallèles."

"The roof terrace and views are wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped with optional drinks supplied at reasonable cost. Location is very central in Philipsburg. Busy during the day with cruise passengers but in the evenings very quiet despite being above bars. Mr Chandra very helpful and quick response to messages. He suggested 2 lovely restaurants that we enjoyed. 2 super king beds are very comfortable. Excellent selection of TV channels."

"Arrived at the property and was greeted by the wonderful staff which showed us where the unit was. Had clear instructions from the hosts as well regarding entry into the unit. Location was great. Only a few minutes (walking) to Mullet Bay's beautiful beach. Conveniently located near a couple of markets and restaurants (all within a short walking distance). About a mile from Maho Bay (short cab ride or walk). The sunset views from the pool deck were amazing."
