Tämä residenssi perustettu vain 100 metrin päässä Dilin rannasta. Majoituspaikkassa on baari ja ruokailupaikka, ja asiakkaiden käytettävissä lisäksi lämmitetty allas, jonka ympärillä on aurinkotuoleja. Timor-Lesten satamalaituri on vain 90 metrin päässä, ja noin 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä on ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Kaikissa ilmastoiduissa majoitustiloissa on TV, minibaari ja teen/kahvin valmistusvälineet. Jokaisessa huoneessa ja sviitissä on oma kylpyhuone suihkulla ja hiustenkuivaajalla. Joissakin huoneissa on sen lisäksi sohva tai CD-soitin. Timor-yöpaikkan gourmet-pöytä tarjoaa portugalilaisvaikutteisen à la carte -menun, ja snackbaarissa on tarjolla voileipiä, ranskanperunoita ja juomia. Buffetaamupala sisältää mannermaisia vaihtoehtoja ja aasialaisen keittiön antimia. Asiakkaat voivat rentoutua cocktailin ääressä allasbaarissa ja tehdä ostoksia majatalon lahjatavaramyymälässä. Lähialueella voi harrastaa mm. uintia, kalastusta ja sukellusta. Hotel Timor kätkeytyy Dilin keskustassa 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Nicolau Lobaton kansainväliseltä lentokentältä. Timor Crocsin kansallinen stadion on 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

"Charming lobby - spacious, lovely old vibe, comfortable chairs, soft jazz music, friendly staff. Spacious clean bedrooms. Location provided oppportunities for walking around. Lovely swimming pool area. Whole place had a nice old Timor-Leste feeling. Coffee was good. Value for money was good."
