Tämä majoitusliike sisältää vain 100 metrin päässä Dilin rannasta. Hotellissa on baari ja ruokailupaikka, ja asiakkaiden käytettävissä niin ikään laguuni, jonka ympärillä on aurinkotuoleja. Buffetaamiainen sisältää mannermaisia vaihtoehtoja ja aasialaisen keittiön antimia. Asiakkaat voivat rentoutua cocktailin ääressä allasbaarissa ja tehdä ostoksia hotellin lahjatavaramyymälässä. Lähialueella voi harrastaa mm. uintia, kalastusta ja sukellusta. Hotel Timor tutustua Dilin keskustassa 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Nicolau Lobaton kansainväliseltä lentokentältä. Timor Crocsin kansallinen stadion on 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

"Charming lobby - spacious, lovely old vibe, comfortable chairs, soft jazz music, friendly staff. Spacious clean bedrooms. Location provided oppportunities for walking around. Lovely swimming pool area. Whole place had a nice old Timor-Leste feeling. Coffee was good. Value for money was good."
