"Arriving at the hotel having spent the last few nights staying in a cave hotel, a Bedouin tent in the desert and a caravan in an oasis, felt like we were stepping into a different world. Everything was clean and shiny. We were given a very friendly welcome and offered a glass of lemon juice and sweetmeats during the check-in process. We were shown to our room and everything was pointed out to us once there. We had a spacious and clean room that had a view to the front of the hotel grounds. The hotel is very conveniently located for exploring Kairouan. The guy at reception was also very helpful in recommending a traditional Hammam for us to visit. The breakfast buffet was also amazing, so much choice was available including freshly squeezed orange juice which was very much appreciated."
"The only thing that I can comment on here was the fact that I could not use the swimming pool as it was closed for refurbishment. It would have been useful to have been advised of this when booking as I was looking forward to a swim after our time in the desert."

"The staff is very kind: from the receptionist to the guy who helped us carry the luggage up the stairs and the staff in food area, thank you all! Free, very safe parking behind the gate of the hotel. The breakfast was nice."
"Very high price for the offer in Tunisia. Also - I have made all the reservation on our 12 days stay in Tunisa through Booking. com and only in this hotel and one more in Tunisia, we had to pay extra money for the taxes - the price was higher than the total written on the reservation of the booking.com. We stayed in a room for 3 people - there was a massive double bed and very narrow third bed (made out from the couch). For their high price of the room there could be another solid bed. Would be nice to have a shower instead of bathtub. The curtains in the dinning area were closed except of one and you couldnt move them - which made a darker, unpleasant feeling in the area while eating a breakfast. No elevator."
