Aktur Residence tarjoaa Bodrumille tyypillisiä valkokalkittuja taloja, jotka sijaitsevat vehreässä puutarhassa Egeanmeren rannikolla. Tarjolla on sen lisäksi yksityisalue vain muutaman askeleen päässä sijaitsevalla sinilippurannalla. Majoituspaikassa on yhdessä ulkouima-allas. Lämpimän tunnelman tarjoavissa huoneistoissa on valkoiset seinät ja niille kontrastin luovat tyylikkäät puuhuonekalut. "Amazing views, beautiful peaceful location but 10 minutes walk from Bitez seafront with its shops bars and restaurants. Good size apartment with a/c throughout 2 minutes walk from the beach club. Fantastic staff who couldn't do enough to help you. It exceeded expectations on almost every level."

"Wegen Verspätung des Fluges kamen wir sehr spät an, an der Reception hat man uns geholfen, Essen zu bestellen, sehr nett. Das erste Appartement hatte nur ein Bad, für 4 Personen etwas wenig, ohne Umstände konnten wir am nächsten Tag das Appartement wechseln."

"Отличное расположение: на возвышенности, над морем в стороне, на небольшом удалении от города, с прекрасным видом на бухту (с любой линии). Лучший выход к морю и лучшее море в Бодруме, Гюмбете и Битизе (нигде нормального пляжа нет - узкие песчаные грязноватые полоски, битком набитые лежаками, тут - деревянные террасы над морем и в море)."
"Всем читающим: надо точно понимать, что это не отель, и даже не апарт-отель, тем более не "all-inclusive". Это просто красивые апартаменты в аренду, с уборкой 2 раза в неделю и правом пользоваться "пляжем" (деревянные террасы на склоне - над морем и в море). Если вы ищите именно это - то недостатков нет. Хотелось чуть большего: уборки хотя бы через день, пляжных полотенец (здесь их нет). Но на деле нас это не напрягало."

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable."
"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"We recently stayed here and were thoroughly impressed. Firstly, the staff were truly excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was exactly what we needed: very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. A special mention must go to the breakfast, which was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right. The location was another major plus. With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center. We had no complaints and will certainly be choosing this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
