Garden House on perinteinen 1 makuuhuoneen majoituspaikka, joka sisältää kukkia kasvavassa puutarhassa Selcukissa, 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Ephesus-museosta. Majoituspaikkaan kuuluu kiviyksityiskohtia ja jaettu ulkouima-allas. Makuuhuoneessa, joka avautuu puutarhaan näköalan antavalle terassille, on pieni kirjasto. Oleskelutilassa on puulämmitteinen takka, 2 parivuodesohvaa ja nykyaikainen kylpyhuone, johon kuuluu pesukone. Keittiössä on kalteva puukatto, ja siihen kuuluu liesi, uuni ja jääkaappi-pakastin. Saatavilla on lisäksi astianpesukone ja keittiövälineet. Supermarketti ja useita ravintoloita löytyy 5 minuutin ajomatkan päästä. Katetulla ulkoterassilla on sohva ja takka. Puutarhan portista pääsee uima-altaalle, joka on jaettu naapurissa sijaitsevan ja vuokrattavissa olevan Goldsmith House -majoituspaikan kanssa. Tarjolla on ilmainen Wi-Fi. Garden House sisältää 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Artemiin temppelin raunioilta ja 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä lähimmästä rannasta. Izmirin lentokentälle on 45 minuutin ajomatka, ja siellä on tarjolla oma pysäköintialue.

"From the beginning you could realise that Allison thinks of many details and cares a lot. Getting the keys and entering the house was very easy (contactless). The garden, the furniture, the book with housing rules and travel tipps, the cleanliness -> everything planned very well and with great care. Very late checkout was offered. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would clearly recommend it."
"It was not clear to us that the pool was shared between 3 houses, don´t know if we just missed it. But in reality it was no issue, it was always empty, when we wanted to use it. Checkout rules could also be mentioned in the book. Despite that, it was still by far the best stay of our holidays."

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"We recently stayed here and were thoroughly impressed. Firstly, the staff were truly excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was exactly what we needed: very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. A special mention must go to the breakfast, which was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right. The location was another major plus. With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center. We had no complaints and will certainly be choosing this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
