"Loistava sijainti Savannah puiston laidalla. Eläintarha kävelymatkan päässä. Ostoskeskus ja pankkiautomaatti lähellä. Turvallinen alue. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Uima-altaan fasiliteetit loistavat."
"Huoneesta hävisi siivoojan mukana yksi juomalasi, meille jäi yksi jaettavaksi. Ei koskaan tuotu uutta. Teetä jätettiin yksi mustatee ja yksi vihreä tee. Useampi olisi ollut parempi. Remonttia kaipaa. Vanhahtunutta pintaa. Hissin kerrosvalo ei palanut. Kava ravintolassa todella hyvä pizza. Tiki ravintolassa ruoka ei hyvää eikä pahaa. Tarjoilijat Tikissä vähän liian nopeita hakemaan pöydästä aterimia vaikka ruokailu kesken."

"We used to live in Trinidad so know The Kapok quite well. It didn't disappoint - a wonderful breakfast up in the top floor restaurant with great views. The pool area has been improved and is lovely. The rooms are a little dated, but this almost adds to the charm. Towels and toiletries provided and replaced daily. Room very clean. Good sized bed, but a little bit squeaky."
"The bar outside near the pool area was closed - probably as it was quite quiet at the time. Will be a great feature in the summer ..."

"We loved the Kapok , very comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and we enjoyed the pool. Loved the location near the centre but quieter, enjoyed eating there and the nearby walk in botanical gardens. Great breakfast too with city views."

"The host Hertis was exceptional, very kind to me and my family. Pick up from the airport was smooth, the room was very clean and decorative, all appliances worked well, the beds were king size and comfortable. Tunapuna had easy access to the bus route, UWI was five minutes away by transport and many food vendors, supermarkets and shops. He encouraged us to try the local doubles and to exercise. The area was quiet and people friendly. I would stay there again!! Keep u[p the good work at El Rincon."

"The location has great views all around. Buccoo beach, pigeon point and nylon pool! Wrapped in nature upon a hillside! Couldn’t have chosen a better location for my trip! Close to everything grocery stores, fruit stands, great restaurants and coffee shops. Beaches with in 10 minutes distance!
