"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Just like everywhere in Faroese Islands its a bit pricy, but still reasonable compared to other options.

"Rauhallinen luonnonläheinen paikka hiihtolatujen lähellä. Autolla pääsi nopeasti rinteeseen, joko Southpoint tai Koillisrinteet. Talo oli todella tilava, tyylikkäästi sisustettu ja siisti, oli helppo järjestää illanvietto isommallekin porukalle. Hienot tilavat saunatilat ja poreallas tietenkin plussaa, tv-tila ja sen palvelut erinomaiset."

Jätteiden kierrätys olisi hyvä järjestää niin, että pystyy muovit, kartongit ja biojätteet viemään niille sopiviin paikkoihin.

"The beautiful pool and the very cheerful yellow coloured studio with all comforts you want, plus very close to the seafront. We loved it!!!"

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

"Had an Great stay at Casa Karibu. The house was clean and had amazing views. Daily house cleaning staff was a pleasure to be around. Planning activities was a breeze and Laurie was always a text away to assist."

The room with the twin beds has a little mold smell and it's in the back of the villa my girls didn't want to sleep there

The water pressure is too slow and the road to go the house is a bit bad road.

Kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped. No chopping board. Not enough cutlery

"Villa oli kaunis ja sijainti puistonlaidassa erinomainen. Talosta erillään oleva huoneemme oli mukava yllätys. Huoneiden päällä oleva aurinkokansi oli miellyttävä ja viihtyisä."

Tyynyt olivat mielestämme turhan suuret ja kovat. Tupakointi naapurissa oli valitettavaa.

The facilities in the rooms need updating. The breakfast could offer more choices. After the 4th day ,it would be nice to have a change. There was limited seating in the shade for breakfast.

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön abgelegen mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick vom Pool aufs Meer und die davorliegenden Hügel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Für Freizeitspaß steht eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Krökeltisch zur Verfügung. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!"

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, wir empfehlen einen Automatikwagen, den man auf Martinique unserer Meinung nach aber sowieso mieten sollte. Das WLAN funktioniert leider nicht in allen Räumen, vielleicht könnte hier ein Repeater installiert werden.

Marsela the owner / Host is just such an amazing person , Had to grab a selfie before we left , certainly will return"

"We absolutely loved everything about this property. Amazingly wonderful villa, Lilou our villa host was also great and very helpful. Celine the property owner had left us a welcome platter of different French cheese’s which were delish and a bottle of red and white wine along with a dozen eggs and a loaf of bread."

The property was perfect inside and out and nothing to dislike.

"It was clean and convenient, and AC was great. Water pressure was good. Felt safe and secure. Property has all necessary amenities."

Would have liked 2 single beds in the second bedroom for the children. Could use a dustbin in the kitchen.

"Spacious, comfortable and clean villa close to the popular beach of Tofta. Our kids loved the private pool and ping-pong table. Thanks to the generosity of the owner, we were able to explore the island and left feeling both wiser and entertained. Highly recommended!"

Everything was lovely. One small note only: it would have been nice if sheets were included in the rental, as guests might assume they are.

"L’accueil de notre hôte, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité pour répondre à nos demandes pendant notre séjour . La conception architecturale de la maison qui en fait un lieu d’exception dans tous ses aménagements et principalement la piscine à débordement de grande taille avec une vue sur l’océan indien . Le calme et la sérénité du lieu : la musique de l’océan , le chant des oiseaux et du vent … un coucher de soleil tous les soirs sur l’océan : de la piscine , du salon , de la cuisine et de notre chambre , du jardin …. Une vue panoramique à 180 degrés !!! L’emplacement géographique dans le quartier de l’hermitage : accès direct au lagon et proximité à pied de Saint-Gilles ."

"Die Villa ist sehr groß und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick, wie man auf den Fotos schon sehen kann. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls super zum kochen, Spiele spielen oder um im Pool zu planschen. Außerdem war das Haus super sauber. Wichtig für die Anfahrt ist ein Auto mit Allradantrieb (4WD), damit man die letzten Meter nach oben kommt ;) Wir waren zu 5 dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit."

"Good location allowing trips to different parts of Ohrid lake, and the national park. Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, balcony and living room and with a kitchen that we used once. The view from the living room is fantastic, and so is the swimming pool view. Open area for seating is also nice. They also gave us some wine and toasties for kids gratis once so was quite nice. Parking is easy, lake in front and a mini market close by. They don’t serve breakfast or dinner but there is a nice pizzeria close by and a couple of other restaurants that we tried. Breakfast ok - changes a bit. Good tips by the staff when requested."

The air con is in the living room so it can get hot in the bedroom during the day. A fan was provided on request.
