Nasama Resortilla on oma yksityinen hiekkaranta ja infinity-allas. Mukavuuksiin kuuluvat ilmainen WiFi-yhteys sekä ilmainen melonta- ja snorklauslaitteiden vuokraus. Omalta parvekkeelta on kaunis merinäköala, ja kaikissa huoneissa on vakiovarustuksena designer-kovapuukalusteet. Paikan päällä toimiva joulukuussa 2014 avattu Cafe Vila Restaurant & Bar on hyvin tunnettu ruoistaan ja cocktaileistaan. Nasama Resort Port Vila ankkuroitu 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Port Vilasta ja 17 km:n päässä Mele Cascades -vesiputoukselta. Bauerfieldin kansainvälinen lentokenttä on 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Kaikissa ilmastoiduissa huoneistoissa on täysin hyödyntää keittiö, mikroaaltouuni ja jääkaappi. Jokaisessa huoneistossa on iPod-telakka, taulu-tv satelliittikanavilla ja DVD-soitin. Asiakkaat saavat saapuessaan tervetuliaispakkauksen, joka sisältää kahvia, teetä, sokeria, maitoa, suolaa, pippuria ja öljyä. Retkipalvelusta voi varata retkiä Mele Cascadesiin tai järjestää golfkärryn vuokrauksen. Tässä trooppisessa puutarhassa sijaitsevassa yöpaikkassa on niin ikään grillivälineet ja vihkikappeli.

"The pool needs to be monitored. There are signs saying ‘no jumping into the pool Off walls’ but no one seems to informed it. There should be restrictions on taking bottles and glasses into the pool area. Alcohol, water and glass don’t mix."

Two restaurants on site and the breakfast offerings are SO GOOD (got caught out ordering breakfast from the specials menu - this wasn’t part of the included options). Great sized pool area and good swimming spot."

"We loved that both Cafe Vila (which was excellent - best food we had on the island - including the exceptional staff there) & the restaurant Three Pigs were part of the resort. The pool was nice and the location quite convenient."
"The room was spacious but smelled mouldy & the bathroom ceiling was covered in mould but not sure this can be avoided given the high humidity. Unfortunately one of my three rings (my wedding ring sadly) that I placed in the safe went missing. I placed them in the safe upon arrival, midway through our stay the safe was open when we came back from a trip but didn’t think too much of it. When checking out only two rings were in the safe & the receptionist / staff were not helpful at all, ignoring my requests for support until I got booking.com involved only to say they didn’t find anything and then went silent again when asking for help to get in touch with the police for a report. Very disappointing. I thought the safest place to store valuables is the safe and didn’t even take them out once - it’s not!! Also the room can be accessed easily and sometimes the cleaning staff left the door open, so don’t take or at least put any valuables in the safe."
