Hotel Cleon sisältää aivan Prizrenin keskustassa Lumbardhi-joen varrella. Residenssissa on baari, ilmainen parkkialuealue ja ilmainen WiFi kaikissa tiloissa. Kaikki majoitustilat ovat ilmastoituja, ja niissä on LCD-kaapeli-tv sekä oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku ja hiustenkuivaaja. Joissakin huoneissa on parveke, josta avautuu näköala Prizrenin kaupunkiin. Paikan päällä olevassa ruokasalissa on kesäterassi, ja siellä tarjoillaan aamun ateria. Ruokakauppa ja ruokailupaikka ovat aivan majoituspaikan vieressä. UNESCOn maailmanperintökohteisiin kuuluva Ljevišin rouva -kirkko, Shadervan-suihkulähde ja vanha kivisilta ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Kaljajan keskiaikainen linna on 700 metrin päässä Cleon-yöpaikkasta. Lähin bussipysäkki on majoituspaikkaa vastapäätä, ja päälinja-autoasema on noin 500 metrin päässä Cleonista.

"Our balcony door handle was taken out, but it was not locked so it was possible to open the door from inside and from outside. When we asked about it they said because it is the next door room’s balcony and we should not use the balcony there. Its kind of ridicilous, they should have lock the door permanently then. But no big problem. Although the location is great, it was very loud outside even at night, when the windows are open. It can be a bit problem if you have a baby for example. The breakfast can be improved, we asked for a hardboiled egg for my 3 year old son, and they just said “no we cant do that”"
