"Limited food options for gluten and lactose intolerant guests. General response was we have gf bread! Staff did make an effort . Some simple improvements would make a difference for example Stock soya / plant based yoghurt, gluten free cereals and lactose free ice cream."

"Lovely location with mountain backdrop. Great apartments on a great golf resort. Great restaurant and food.service with view. Bar team very pleasant."

"Room service - despite repeated promises on way, nothing arrived - had to go to bar, 10 min walk, and get myself. Empty minibar, is that 5 star, and no comms as such. Other hotels asked me what I wanted in room. Reception - despite good handover from main gate to valet and reception - nothing organised and reception later clueless. Again too big a facility for personalised service. 10 hotels stayed at in 18 days, there were much better ones. Geared up for organised middle aged golf groups, not for couples for relaxed enjoyment. Sad after repeated visits, will try others next time."

"From the moment you check in, eveything is special - the staff is super friendly and tries to make your experience the best possible. Rooms are great, breakfast even better and the grounds are fantastic - you never have to (or want to) leave!"

"Everything! The entire staff were impeccable, particularly at the Manor House where we stayed. The food was relatively good with some stands outs at dinner and the overall service, responsiveness and thoughtfulness was amazing as it was my partner’s birthday weekend. Highly recommend!"

"The stairs. I appreciate that golfers are fit and that my room was only on the first floor but they were an issue for me. But that is a very personal issue and should mot be seen as a criticism of the hotel."

"The spacious rooms, clean ambience and the Fireplace with adequate stocks of firewood. The weather was a bit chilly. The Main Restaurant- where breakfast is served is quite good. Their dinner options there are quite diverse"
