"Absolutely stunning hotel. One of the best I have ever stayed at and I have travelled extensively. Incredible staff, perfect location near the cruise terminal and beautiful dockside area. Wonderful food and service. Breakfast to die for. Huge 63m2 rooms with astounding views."

"There’s noisy construction going on to the harbor side, I feel like they should discount those rooms for while that’s still going on. The spa is open to the public but it’s in my opinion not big enough for that and the shared spaces (dressing room, sauna area) felt overcrowded and uncomfortable. Both times I stayed I had mixed experiences with staff disrupting our peace and quiet (one time room service broke a glass and then took a whole team and long time to tidy, the other time someone rang the doorbell even though the ‘do not disturb’ sign was up). I’d expect more professionalism at a 5 star hotel."

"Kaijaiki is a true gem! I have stood in unit 4 which was super spaciouse, had a lovely well equipped kitchenett and a beautiful, tranquil view onto the courtyard. The next door coffee-store where breakfast is served is so cozy and food is deliciouse. Manager and staff go over and above to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend it."
