"Staff were friendly and always helpful. Food was delicious! Every night they made a bonfire to sit around under the stars. Beds were huge and comfortable and running hot water 😊"

"We had a lovely stay at Leopard Plains. Very nice staff, great food and a nice ambience, especially at night with the boma and oil candles. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The lodge offers game drives to the Makghadikghadi Pans and Nxai Pans but we decided to self drive. The kitchen prepared us a delicious packed lunch on request, which was great as there is nothing in the park."

"The lodge is located in a private fenced area which is about one hour drive away from the Makghadikghadi park entry. So if you want to explore the park it is better to leave early."

"Geräumige Unterkunft, sehr bemühtes Personal. Aufgrund der Kälte wurden unsere Betten mit "Bush-Babies" (=Thermophor) abends vorgewärmt. Ausgezeichnete Verpflegung inkl. Geburtstagskuchen als Überraschung."

"Wohneinheiten teilweise etwas weiter von einander entfernt und daher in der Nacht etwas schwierig zu finden - Begleitung durch das Personal wird angeboten."

"Ruhig gelegen mit sauberem Pool. Wenig Gäste, sodass man ins Gespräch kam. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Im Winter sind wenig Tiere zu sehen. Auf dem Bushwalk haben wir neue Informationen erhalten und Vögel gesehen."

"My family and I went on a family holiday and we stayed at Chobe Sunset Chalets. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! Juliette and Steve were amazing hosts, the food was divine, the service was excellent and we felt at home the whole time. Juliette and Steve made it seamless for us to book activities around the national park and also help out with any questions we had. I cannot recommend this place enough!!"

"The place is beautiful and it ticked all our boxes, but I feel betrayed by bookings.com they made me pay for accommodation and breakfast that did not exist. When we arrive at Cottage007 they didn't have any records on their side that the accommodation is including breakfast, we had to pay again for the breakfast for me and my wife for 2 nigths that we already paid for on booking.com. I really trusted bookings.com and have always used it for my family vacations but I'll never use it again. And we were also told that the room per night is R600 yet we paid more than R950 on bookings.com.....really disappointing."
