Piti olla huone vain naisille ja minulta erikseen sähköpostissa kysyttiin, että ymmärretään hän me että se on vain naisille. Mutta lopulta olimme kuitenkin sekahuoneessa. En valittanut asiasta, koska ei se meille niin iso ongelma lopulta ollut. Yläsänkyyn oli melko haastavaa kiivetä.

詳細にも書かれていますが、トイレットペーパー、ハンドソープは自分で用意しないといけないので皆さん気をつけて下さい。 シャワーはお湯というより、ぬるま湯です。

Sisäänkirjautuminen koneen kautta oli hieman hankala, mutta onneksi henkilökunta oli paikalla auttamassa.

"Lovely and helpful staff members, clean and spacious room. Shampoo, body wash and toothpaste provided. We were given 2 bottles of water upon arrival. We skipped breakfast as we weren’t feeling too good but somebody came to check on us before breakfast finished to ensure that we didn’t miss out, which was very thoughtful."

No hot water but this was not a problem for our one night stay.

"Our flight was changed so I could only use sleepover for 3 hours, but the staff let me use the bed even though it was outside my allocated time. It was very clean and comfortable, rather than trying to rest on seats in the airport. Many thanks to the staff for allowing us to stay outside of our booked time."

The room was a little bit cool, we couldn’t see a temperature controller to adjust the temperature but other than that it was great.

Probably best to rent a car.

"The hotel is very close to the beach, which made the location really convenient and enjoyable. One of the things I appreciated the most was how peaceful my stay was. I ended up sleeping very well that night. The atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy my time there. Overall, I had a great time and really enjoyed my stay. 😊"

"Property offering all the necessary facilities. Very straightforward check-in and check-out procedure. Near train station and bus station. Staff always helpful and very kind."

Property is pretty far from Luxembourg city by public transport (bus or train).

"Everything OK and no reason to complain :) Considering the price, it was like expected. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was clean and tidy. We would come again:)"

"Convenient location very clean and very safe! It's fun to squeeze myself into a small capsule. To be biggest surprise, each capsule comes with a TV!!! Great bargain!!!"

Not totally sound proof within the capsule. Could hear the movements from the hall way.

"Very clean and tidy. The hosts Eegii and Mrs T were a lovely couple, very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The reception lady was incredibly polite and cheerful. Filtered coffee and tea are always available. The hotel also has a fully equipped small kitchen where I and Janlav, a very friendly guy I met there, were able to cook fresh horse meat and try it for the first time. I had an amazing experience staying here."

What I notice first is how the hotel staff treats customers and how diligently they go to help them with any of their enquiries. When their service is so excellent, I overlook some minor flaws in the hotel facilities.
