"It was a good value for money hotel. It had several saunas and a swimming pool. The room was a good size. The breakfast was a good selection. Walkable distance to the gondola. All was fine."

"Some areas like pool may seem to a bit out of date but it had no impact on our stay. Breakfast was not always filled quickly and needed to wait a bit."

"The BEST hotel if you want winter holidays on Bansko. The room was very clean , large and with nice view. The breakfast and the dinner is the richest I have ever seen with the best quality and quantity choices. But the highlight of the hotel is the bright new spa facilities..you will experience 10 pools (3 outdoor very hot with DJ). Value for money choice and one of the best hotels I have ever been!"
