"Sijainti oli kyllä melkoisen upea. Hotelli siisti. Plug-in hybrid (Type2) latauspiste on aina hyvä. Se kun auttaa kuitenkin pitkälle."
Negatiivinen kohta:
"Veden paine oli hieman heikko. Aamupala olisi voinut olla hieman laajempi ja olla laput joissa lukee mitä mikäkin on. Leikkeleistä ei tietoakaan mitä lihaa ne olivat. Sähköauton latauksessa piti asettaa paljonko sähköä haluaa, mutta siinä ei ollut täysin sopivaa vaihtoehtoa. Olisi parempi jos se vain lataisi kunnes akku on täysi tai latauksen lopettaa ja veloitus sitten sen mukaan."

"Allasalue oli mukava. Huone oli siisti, tilava ja sänky oli erinomainen. Ravintolan palvelut olivat hyvät. Maisemat olivat kauniit ja ilmasto Sofian keskustaan verrattuna raikkaampi ja viileämpi."
Negatiivinen kohta:
"Allasalueella soi musiikki liian kovalla, sitä hiljennettiin pyynnöstä. Aamiainen oli hotellin muuhun tasoon nähden huono. Valikoima oli yksipuolinen esim. jogurttia ei ollut lainkaan tarjolla, vihanneksia ja hedelmiä oli niukasti ja mehua ei ollut lainkaan saatavilla kolmena päivänä, koska se oli kuulema loppu."

"Huoneessa oli kuuma kun saavuin, mutta ilmastointilaitteen sai päälle milloin vaan. Todella kylmä jääkaappi juomille."

"Aamupala olisi voinut vaihtua hieman eri päivinä. Sijainti aika syrjässä, lähin metroasema kaukana kävellen. Sänky hieman kova mutta ihan ok."
