Positiivista:
"The Grand Hotel exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in various places in Brno over the years, and for comfort and location the Grand Hotel was brilliant. Our room was huge, more like a suite. The breakfast was plentiful with good variety. Whilst we were near transport hub, the noise was minimal. We would certainly stay again."
Negatiivista:
"Would like a kettle in bedroom. Although coffee maker good for coffee, less so for tea."

Positiivista:
"Huone oli iso, wow! Pysäköinti ilmainen ja vartioitu. Hotelliin oli hieman hankala löytää. Aamiainen perus, mutta plussaa tuoreista vihanneksista."

Positiivista:
"Mukava kylpylä, jossa kattava saunaosasto. Myös suomalaisia saunoja tarjolla ja ulkoaltaita."
Negatiivista:
"Sijainti oli vähän liian kaukana järvestä. Hajusteita käytetty käytävillä aivan liikaa."

Positiivista:
"Erinomainen sijainti!

Positiivista:
"Henkilökunta oli avulias. Siellä oli jääkaappi ja ruuanlaitto mahdollisuus. Bussi- sekä juna-asema olivat todella lähellä."
Negatiivista:
"Aucun."
