"The location was fantastic for us and ideal for what we wanted. Great if you just want somewhere to put your head down for the night and is a great base for the area, right next to a shopping complex, lots of bars and eateries. On a reasonably busy road so bus and taxi access pretty good also.it was reasonably clean.tge bedding and towels were clean ."

"We found instructions a little unclear as to how to get keys 2 car parks but didn't state which car park. Sent info /videos via WhatsApp,, no one greets you as it states they will. The main light in the 2nd bedroom didn't work and the shower head holder was broken also, even after contacting owner no reply as far as I could see didn't even acknowledge messages. It is a dated furnished property but generally clean, I wouldn't use the cooker but we had no plans to anyway and the spare bedding was not the best but what was on the beds was clean, ideal if you want somewhere to put your head down at night though. Shows pool on pictures but read infi and you have no access to the pool it is just on the complex this was a,little misleading ."

"Small things really but: Watering system on flower bed spilling onto the patio making the floor dirty. Mismatched crockery As we were there for 4 weeks, lack of cleaning equipment and only one tea towel. Carving knives blunt. Lack of chest of drawers"

"The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with all essential amenities including cutlery, plates, washing machine, oven, and microwave. Adequate towels were provided, including beach towels, which was very convenient. The terrace was a highlight, offering a lovely ocean view and a perfect spot to have breakfast. The owner, Dalius, was friendly and helpful. Another great advantage was the ease of getting a taxi to the airport by simply asking the concierge at the nearby Malibu Park Hotel (located right in front of the apartment). The location is also very practical — there are plenty of supermarkets within walking distance for groceries. Fañabé Beach and La Pinta Beach are about a 25-minute walk away, while Playa del Duque is around 40 minutes. Aqualand is very close (just a 5-minute walk), and Siam Park and Siam Mall can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot."
