"Thank you for a wonderful stay at La Vielle, the setting was stunning, our cottage tranquil and gorgeous, and the staff so friendly and accomodating. We loved walking the trails, visiting the plunge pool with the amazing vista, and the food was excellent. The best place I've stayed in Mauritius."

"Näkymät hotellin alueelta ovat upeat. Alue on siisti ja viihtyisä ja henkilökunta on loistava. Huoneen varustelu ja siisteys olivat todella hyvät. Aamiainen sisälsi kaiken toivotun. Ebony forestin sisäänkäynti on 1,5km päässä ja 7-coloured earthin 2km päässä, eli kävellen pääsee molempiin."

"Automatka on haastava, koska viimeinen 1,5km ylös ei ole päällystetty vaan ajetaan betoniramppeja pitkin ja osittain ne on pahasti vaurioituneet. Vuokra-autolla pienikin lipsahdus voi tulla kalliiksi. Vastoin huoneen kuvausta, siihen ei näkynyt auringonnousu (vuoret edessä), eikä auringonlasku (huone sijaitsi kuopassa). Hotellille ei näy auringonlasku, koska se laski vuoren taakse. Jyrkkä nousu hotellille ja huoneesta ravintolaan on haasteellinen jos maa on märkä. Puolihoidon hintaan sisältyvät illalliset olivat keskinkertaista, mutta maksulliset ruuat hyviä."
