We booked our hiking tour to Petra thru Dana Village Lodge , Ramzi and Hamza take care of everything and organise your entire holiday for you. I would highly recommend staying here and going on tour with Hamza and Camel and all the locals there. They are such amazing, generous, and thoughtful people"

Nothing much to mention. There can be an issue with other guests - if they are loud or smoke. But it’s negotiable

"The accommodation was very nice. My moto-friend and myself used the fridge to store some food, locally bought in the supermarket. There as no front/backyard to park motorbikes. We however parked in front of the house. We felt confident to park them outside. Nice Mountain view from the balcony."

"The owners were like family and nothing was a problem. They even drove us to the bus station which was some 12 kilometers away."

It was private away from the centre of Vevchani. It felt very homely. We were there in winter and it was great and in summer it would be even better.

"This is very peaceful independent house. The atmosphere was really good. Owner picked me up and drop me off when I checked in and checked out. It is far away from the town, but local buses are running regularly. Easy to catch them."

The road to the house was not easy to walk when it gets raining. Dry season should be ok though.

"There was nothing to really "like" - nothing standing out - IMHO room facilities, decoration, bathroom and bedding where merely acceptable."

The owner's agony on low power consumption is obvious. 1) the fuse controling TV & AirConditioner was off - had to do a bit of troubleshooting in order to get the TV operational 2) lighting in the room extremely low 3) stove required ~45 minutes to prepare one cup of coffee. The road to get to the property is suitable for one way traffic. If you crossed with another vehicle one of the two would have to reverse. Pet friendliness was limited to the owner's pets and was not extended to the guests' pets. The owner resented the fact that I traveled with my pet noticing that I should have informed up-front.
