Luonnon ympäröimä Drake Bay Sunset Lodge perustettu perheomisteisella tontilla vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kukkulalta, jolta on merinäköala. Kukkulan juurella rannan luona on ilmainen pysäköintialue. Majoituspaikassa on ekologisesti rakennettuja puisia bungaloweja, jotka on sisustettu käsintehdyillä rustiikkihuonekaluilla. Kaikissa bungaloweissa on oma kylpyhuone ja parveke. Asiakkaat voivat käydä retkellä Corcovadon kansallispuistossa, jossa on villieläimiä. Muita mukavuuksia ovat Cañon saaren snorklaus- ja sukellusmahdollisuudet sekä valaiden ja delfiinien katselu. Asiakkaille voidaan järjestää yksityistä toimintaa, kuten ratsastus-, kajakki- ja yöretkiä sekä vaellusta Rio Claron luonnonsuojelualueella ja yksityisellä tontilla, jossa on vesiputouksia ja villieläimiä. Drake Bayn lentoasema on 25 minuutin ajomatkan päässä ja Osan kantonissa sijaitseva Sierpe 1 tunnin venematkan päässä. San Joséen on matkaa noin 350 km.

We saw toucans, scarlet macaws and probably 10 other species of wildlife just while having breakfast! Even my hard to impress teenage daughter was blown away and sad to leave. The owner was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and connected with all of the tours (exceptional insect/reptile night tour by Jose Huertas - he took pictures for us that felt National Geographic quality, night time biolumenescent boat ride by Alavaro Pacheco) and booked us for all of the things we wanted to do."
"Not related to the property, but we didnt know that you should take out cash/USD before getting to Drake Bay as its the primary method to pay for tours and such to avoid needing to pay taxes. We got by using Paypal (Visa is accepted at all restaurants)"
"Sunset Lodge far exceeded our expectations for this moderately priced accomodation. The view from our casita (room 3) over Drake Bay and the sunset was spectacular. We were surrounded by colourful birds and felt incredibly comfortable in this well-equipped place. Not only was there a coffee machine but also various kitchenware that allowed us to enjoy the tropical fruits on our terrace. Josue is a very friendly, laid back, and helpful host who helped us arrange seamless transportation between Sierpe, Drake Bay, and Sirena Ranger Station in the nearby Corcovado National Park."

"I\nLike to help clean and comfortable.The beds were and how obviously quiet they were meant to be.And the balcony was amazing addition. I found confusing.Where's the bathrooms had signs on them with specific numbers that seem to be assigned to room that were a little confusing.I'm not sure if there was a room there or if it was another room.It was a confusing sign that said number six or number five , but the bathroom souls probably could use more hooks on the wall , but other than that was great"
