"We stayed the week of Christmas. Henk is super nice, his Staff are very kind and always smiling. Hotel is very clean, our room was cleaned every morning usually while we were down having Breakfast. The rooms are air conditioned as well. Breakfast is included, fresh fruit, meat and cheese. Bacon, eggs however you want them cooked, pancakes which are more like crepes, I had those everyday 😊. Nice pool, lots of Birds, little Geckos. We had dinner there our last night, food was delicious. This Hotel is in a quieter part of Sosua if that is something you are looking for. I highly recommend this Hotel, I know we will be staying here again when we come back! 😊"

"Es la segunda vez que me quedo en El Hotel y pienso regresar. El trato que recibes de El Dueño y todo el personal es espectacular. Es un Hotel tranquilo y ubicado en un lugar de muy buen acceso a todos los lugares de interés y donde puedes descansar tranquilamente"

"This was my 5th visit at this hotel, the first being in 2002, when the resort had just opened, and my last one 10 years ago. The rooms are now renovated, as well as the bathrooms, which were updated to the current standards. The entire area has developed quite a bit, there are now shops nearby and places where you can spend time. When I was there last, there was nothing around the hotel. Now it's a small village with inner roads and dozens of small shops and small hotels. The port is now 5 minutes away just east of the resort, so it is easy to leave and arrive for/from excursions. The best restaurant in the resort is still the Gheisha (japanese). The kids loved the stay and can't wait to get back :)"

"I loved the location, the beach was much quieter than further up the coast. The little shop in the complex had enough for a few days and even somegluten free biscuits. The apartment is basic like the photos but it had everything I needed to be happy and comfortable and the host kindly let me arrange to stay extra night at the last minute."
