"L'emplacement est idéal L'agencement de l'appartement avec 2 vraies chambres séparées Une petite attention à notre arrivée (bouteille de cidre, chocolats...)"

"Pas de volet sur le velux de la chambre parentale (=réveillé à 7h par le jour) Un appart qui manque d'entretien (douche bouchée, pomme de douche qui fuit, infiltration d'eau dans la cuisine, lumière au dessus du lavabo avec un mauvais contact, cafetière entartrée...) Pas d'aspirateur pour faire le ménage"

"Excellent location, spacious and comfortable apartment! Practical kitchen and nice bathroom with a towel heater that is very practical and shower with good water pressure. Easy and fast communication with the host, clear instructions about the picking up the key (we checked in late) and finding apartment. Few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants etc."

"Great location, the photos don't really tell you what you're getting. It's a one bedroom apartment with a balcony in a block, with secure underground parking and ground level access to the rear of the block. It's a nice environment and feels safe. Just up the road is the boulangerie and a Carrefour city supermarket. The apartment is nice but not stunning, however the balcony was a nice place to sit for breakfast or with a G&T before going out, but you aren't there for the apartment, you're there to be out in Angers and it's surroundings. The flat is literally 10 minutes leisurely walk through the Mail Gardens to the main square, via the bus stops. The Castle is 20 mins. From that perspective it is a great find and we had a great time there for a few days. Regardless of the other comments, I would recommend this for a city stay."
