"The Hotel Staff went above and beyond for Service and Assistance. Our coach was late arriving in Rouen past Check In Time. They waited until we were there safe and sound. Being Disabled all our Luggage was taken to our Rooms. No there isn't a Lift but in fairness it would not be practical to have one fitted in an Historical Building. The Views from the rooms was amazing overlooking the Courts of Justice ⚖️. Thank You Matthew and the rest of the Staff. A truly amazing experience."
