A friendly, family-run guest house located a short walk from Southport's famous Lord Street and Theatre. Free WiFi is provided and limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. All the bedrooms have a bathroom with a hairdryer. Other facilities include TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. A full English breakfast is served every morning and evening meals prepared using fresh ingredients are also available.

"Gary and Shirley are the perfect hosts, very welcoming. Our room was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. There was no noise from inside or outside the building so had a brilliant night's sleep. Our breakfast was delicious with perfect poached eggs 😉. We also got free parking which was a bonus. We will definitely be staying again and again."
