Josie is the best host someone could ask for - she is very attentive to the guests and always prepared to help or to recommend places for maximising the experience of tourists. The place overall and the room were not only super clean and comfortable (I literally slept like a baby, haha), but equipped with all the necessary things for a great stay. You are a personal guest of a beautiful family, the breakfast is served every morning on a crispy white table linen. The place provides a lot of comfort and privacy. I really enjoyed my stay."

I simply didn't get why some taxi drivers do not enter the driveway, preferring to pick-up or drop 20 meters away, on a crossroad. The street is open both ways. But that's rather a question to the taxi services.

Staying in a whole house was great! The location allowed me to spend very quiet and comfortable nights. It was conveniently situated close to the coastal road and within easy walking distance. "Everything was excellent! Perfect location, walking distance to the center. Incredible restaurant next door with very friendly prices and outstanding food. Jorge is the best host I have ever had. He is very friendly and very human person. We had our car broken and he had helped us to push the car to car service and let us to store our staff in his house off the charge. Rooms are very clean, good kitchen, incredible veranda with cool view and BBQ station, hot water, fast Wi-Fi. Totally recommend"

1 socket per room is very little. No heaters in the room so in the night (we were in August) is a little chill but blankets are warm

"The manager is very accommodating, as advertised the location is near the airport, and the air conditioning was heaven sent."

Be prepared if your phone has weaker signal, but that's more on the area than the hotel tbh.

Very very cosy,home atmosphere. I am so so happy to choose this accomodation and I highly recommend it to everyone. At 10.00 pm there is silence. Parking next to house. Everything is very close."

"This is a lovely place to stay for anyone who is wanting a break from hotel/hostel life. Rodrigo and his wife are so welcoming and kind. Everything that you need is there (coffee, tea, cold water, a fully equipped kitchen), including information and a laundry service that is great value for money (possibly the best that I have had in my 5 weeks of travelling so far!). The location is perfect for León, I feel lucky to have booked this place."

"We had the most amazing time at the Vera Sunset Homestay. Phonephet and his family are very friendly and the island is perfect for a few days off the beaten path. You can just relax in your hammock all day or explore the rural island and play football with the village kids. The food was very good and fresh. The standard of the bungalows is basic and in line with the price. Definitely one of our highlights in hole SOA and we can't wait to come again!"

Ei ollut mitään moitittavaa. Ruokaa ei saanut, mutta se ei ollut iso asia ja tiedossa. Lyhyitä sähkökatkoja ja samalla vesikatkoja vain muutamia.

"The room was comfortable and the bed was nice and soft. It's a great place to chill out for a day or two away from all the tourists and you can see a more local side of Aruba. Ac and wifi worked really well and you could use the kitchen for coffee. Jay and his dog were really helpful and friendly."
