- would have been great if there were a kettle for guests' use. Needed some hot water to soothe my stomach and had to ask the staff to boil a cup for me.

"MyFarm is not just a place to sleep. It is a vibrant place full of life. You wake up from the sound of beautiful birds in the morning, you can join the MyFarm team for breakfast and talk about their daily life here. All the staff is super nice and accommodating. It's amazing to be inside such a wonderful place that gives out free education to the people who live around here. I ended up helping out in the different educational programs and I loved every moment of it. I thought I just went for a cheap place to stay that was also social, but I got so much more. I will definitely come back as a volunteer to the project."

"Todella ystävällinen ja mukava henkilökunta!!! Kiitos! Tosi hyvin organisoitu kaikki! Todella siistiä! Petivaatteet ja pyyhe kuuluu hintaan. Sijainti oli täydellinen, keskellä kaikkea. Lentokentälle pääsee S16-junalla, eikä tarvitse menna Hauptbahnhofin kautta. Eka huone oli pienempi, toinen iso, jossa oli kulmaikkunat, joista ihana näkymä Grossmunsterille. Kahvia ja teetä saatavilla ilmaiseksi. Tulisin uudelleen!"

Hospitality

"Wonderful staff; onsite restaurant including with a wide choice on menu, reasonably priced if using the unofficial exchange rate. My room was situated by the lake edge and was such a wonderful experience listening just to the waves crushing in the night and awaking to a wonderful sunrise. Truly bliss. Thought powered by solar, my shower was reasonably hot and lighting though dim was constant. I still recommend taking a torch for the sometimes power cuts. Be sure to arrange a boat trip….. you won’t regret it. Eagle bird, cliff jumping and snorkelling. One might even be able to visit the Rastafarian community near by."

Wifi was only available in reception area and to reach room I had to negotiate a steep set of stairs where railings were sometimes missing. Could be potentially dangerous and not recommended if one suffers from knee problems. Whilst orders were excellent the service could be vastly improved. Orders took for ever to arrive and were often cold. Management, if reading, please sort this out!

"Chill hostel that just opened. Is small what makes it nice to meet people. Location is perfect and the host is friendly and open for advise on improvements."

"Better than my previous stay here. Surely worth for €23 euro for a night stay. Room was Spacious and Warm. Had good big Bed,Bedside dressing table and chair,Kettle,Water,teabags and cookies and large wardrobe and Large windows."

Room had lingering smoke smell. Would be better if they could look into this and place a room feshner. Suggestion-would be better if you provide small soaps/shampoos for guests along with the towels and tissues.

"Ramallah on vilkas ja kiinnostava kaupunki. Silti erittäin turvallinen. Siellä voi ihan rauhassa kävellä yölläkin. Ramallah Hostel on keskeisellä, mutta rauhallisella paikalla. Sain heti hyvän kontaktin henkilökuntaan. Turvallinen ja viihtyisä paikka. Kiva ilmapiiri, mukavia ihmisiä. Paljon tilaa. Parvekkeita ja luontoa. Palestiinalaiset ovat erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita, kaikkialla."

My room was very cold. Even though the landlady turned on the heater earlier than she said she would, it still didn't help much.

"The hostel is in the heart of Antwerp, it’s walkable distance from anywhere. We got access to our room very early which was a nice surprise. Our beds were comfortable and the shared spaces were alright. I liked the decor. Our stay came with a free breakfast, which was absolutely lovely. As fas as hostels go, this was a very pleasant experience."

My only gripe was again the location. Being that the hostel is in the very center, there was a lot of noise outside until the early hours of the morning. Again, not the hostel’s fault, just something to keep in mind.

"Property had a really nice hang out space and the WiFi worked really well and was very fast for our 2 day stay. Staff helped us arrange a local bus to Chipata."

Rooms very very basic and had a mould issue. But other than that was okay. We didn’t have bed bugs in our room, but we met other backpackers in the dorm beds that said they did have them…

"Excellent situation in downtown, better than staying in french border for the same price as it is much central here. Nice terasse, nice clean and spacious rooms."

"The place was clean and light, though not too busy given the time of year (March). Most impressive was the host who was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering to help wherever she could. A wonderful addition to my stay in Xingping!"
