"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

"Due to another group booking received a free upgrade to an entire private bungalow. Staff and service was professional and friendly throughout. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean (cleaning staff deserve a bonus!), and beds comfortable. Included riding tour was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyable, highly recommended. The whole setup as a non-profit for the benefit of the community is commendable. I strongly recommend staying here!"

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. A special thank you to Mai, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She made us feel very welcome and was always ready to help with a warm smile. Her hospitality really made our stay even more special."

"The location of the apartments is remarkably close to the beach. There is a sandy beach which was quite crowded. There are rocky beaches where you are practically alone on the beach, but we recommend good water shoes as the rocks are quite rough. We liked the big balcony and plenty of space in the apartment."

The apartments could do with a little renovation as they are already very outdated for this price. In our kitchen the counter had some water damaged and in the bathroom, there was water dripping.

"Hotellin sijainti meren rannalla oli erinomainen. Rannalle oli helppo mennä. Kyseessä matala hiekkaranta, joka syveni sitten hyvin uitiin sopivaksi. Vesi oli lämmintä ja kirkasta. Bussipysäkki oli aivan hotellin vieressä ja busseilla oli helppo liikkua Maltan saarella. Esimerkiksi matka läheiselle Gozon saarelle onnistui helposti. Ruokavaihtoehdot buffet -ravintolassa olivat monipuolisia. Ruoka ei loppunut kesken."

Pieniä puutteita esiintyi. Viidennen kerroksen parvekkeella juoksenteli ajoittain muurahaisia. WC:n istuimen huuhtelussa ajoittain ongelmia.

"Aamiaisbuffa oli erittäin hyvä ja laaja valikoima kaikkea mahdollista. Vaikka hotelli oli iso, oli silti aamiaisella rauhallinen tunnelma eikä tungoksesta ollut tietoa. Myös illallisbuffet oli monipuolinen. Mielestäni lapsiperheitä ohjattiin hieman eri alueille kuin pariskuntia. A la carte ravintoloissa oli oikein hyvät menut. Huone ja hotellin ulkoiset puitteet olivat oikein hyvät. Saimme huoneen extra terassilla, mikä oli mukava yllätys. Respassa erittäin hyvää palvelua! Bussilla pääsee Grand Baieen ja rantaa pitkin kävellen Mont Choisyn rannalle. Hotellin päivittäiset snorklausretket kivoja!"

Hotelli on todella iso ja siellä on paljon lapsiperheitä. Meteliä siis riittää käytävillä illallakin ja uima-allas varsinkin oli lapsiperheiden valloittama. Rannalta kyllä löytyy rauhallisiakin spotteja. Ranta ei ole paras mahdollinen, toiselta puolelta myös melko tuulinen. Rantatuolien yhteydessä olisi mukava olla myös pöytiä laskutilana. Italialaisessa ravintolassa huonoa palvelua vanhemmalta tarjoilijaherralta.

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

"Great snorkelling around the over water bungalows, lots of turtles feeding on the seagrass. Beautiful location, so relaxing. Beach access bungalows are very nice, newly renovated, comfy bed. Pool was awesome. Appreciated the sea bird conservation in the island. I actually loved the sounds of the Puffin de Pacifique birds at night - I thought it was a child crying at first lol… bungalows have earplugs, luckily! Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Got a generous late check out, service was really good from the boat to the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Everyone speaks a very high level of English, not sure where the negative comments about staff come from - they were the best I experienced in NC by far."

It’s an expensive buffet dinner (around $80aud) but the choices were really good, esp the fresh seafood and all the desserts. It’s just not worth it if you don’t eat huge dinners. Order à la carte options instead, but nice to try the buffet just once. Consider BYO noodles and alcohol if you want to save money, buying food and drinks from the restaurant and bar adds up quick. Would have been good to be able to lock/unlock the back beach access door from outside with a key.

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

"L’emplacement et les équipements du logement ainsi que du centre Pierre et Vacances. La terrasse bec vue sur le parc et la mer! L’hôte a été compréhensive et arrangeante avec nous pour s’adapter à nos horaires d’avion."

Le seul bémol réside dans l’humidité ambiante dans l’appartement, mais l’hôte a mis à disposition un déshumidificateur efficace et la climatisation pour diminuer les effets.

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"I truly loved it! It was the perfect getaway on the island. Feels secluded away from the high rise hotel area. The view is breathtaking. The staff is simply the loveliest group of people. Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."
