"Hotellin sijainti keskeisellä paikalla useamman metrolinjan läheisyydessä. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällisiä. Hotelli oli siisti ja meillä valittuna Club-huone, johon kuului joka päivä täytetty juomavalikoima (ei alkoholilliset) jääkaapissa, aamiainen omassa loungessa, iltapäiväkahvit ja pientä purtavaa sekä illalla coctailit/viinit myöskin samaisessa lounge tilassa. Tarjolla pientä suolaista ja makeaa, hedelmiä ja juustoja keksien kera."

Meille hotelli täytti kaikki odotukset, ja olimme tyytyväisiä sekä hotelliin että palveluun. Ei jäänyt mitään negatiivista mieleen.

Hotel is huge, staff are struggling to deal with the people when is crowded , service is not high standard , half board they charge for drinks, for water 5 Dinar,inside spa is very expensive overall this hotel is good for low prices

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

"The hotel is in a very central location, meaning that you can easily navigate by foot or by taxi to many of the malls that you are close by. The breakfast is amazing and sufficiently varied to satisfy most palates."

"Hyvä aamiainen viihtyisässä ruokasalissa. Hotelli oli sisältä todella kaunis ja vanhanaikainen sisustus loi arvokkuutta."

Huoneessa ei ollut hyvä varustelutaso, muun muassa teen ja kahvin keittämismahdollisuutta ei ollut.

"Hotel upgraded my room, they gave me a delux room instead of standard room. We've got dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. It was excellent!"

Furniture and rugs are a little old. Needs to be renewed.

Couldn't stay longer

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"Sijainti oli hyvä aseman vieressä, sopi minulle, koska matkustin useita kertoja junalla. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Huoneen parveke oli hyvä lisä. Kaikki vastasi odotuksiani ja ennakkotietoja."

"Aamiainen oli hyvä, tummempaa leipää olisin kaivannut. Tiedot laktoosittomista ja gluteenittomista tuotteista puuttui kokonaan. Itse olen laktoosi-intolerantikko, joten en käyttänyt tarjolla olevia maitotuotteita lainkaan."

Hotellin tiedoissa mainittiin spa-osasto, mutta vasta paikan päällä minulle selvisi, että palvelu oli lisämaksullinen niille, jotka olivat varanneet standard-huoneen.

"Aamupala oli ihan ok perussetti. Oli ihan hyvä erikoiskahvikone ja tarjolla mm leipiä, munia eri muodossa, croisantteja, muroja, jogurttia ja hedelmiä. Sai vatsansa täyteen. Meillä oli hieno merinäköala parvekkeelta. Sängyt olivat mukavat ja piha oli kiva kun pääsi heti omalle rannalle ja pihalla oli 2 mukavaa makuukeinua. Ranta oli kiva ja vesi kirkasta. Bussi 4 Dubrovnikiin lähti tien toiselta puolelta. Lähellä hotellia oli ravintoloita ja muutamia pieniä turistikauppoja ja pieni ostoskeskus. Tältä alueelta voi tehdä kävelyjä hienoissa maisemissa Babin kukiin, Gruzin satamaan ja kävelimme myös 45 min Dubrovnikiin kun sää oli sopiva 20-22 astetta koko viikon."

Hotelli oli toimiva mutta alkaa olla jo pienen remontin tarpeessa. Huoneiden ovet eivät ole tiiviit joten äänieristys paranisi heti käytävältä jos ne tiivistettäisiin. Suihku oli ahdas kun suihkuverho otti kiinni kun seisoit ammeessa. Ilmastointilaitteessa oli enemmän ääntä kuin tehoa. Iltaruoka ei vastannut odotuksiani.

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

The need for transportation if you wanted to go anywhere else.

"We very much liked the experience but the shower head was faulty"

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

The room is quite old and small.

"The staff were amazing! They could not do enough. They were so helpful and made our stay one of the most memorable in 15 years of travel. If you are visiting Petra you need to stay here! The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast sets you up for a great day of hiking around Petra."

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

Huone oli pimeä, ainoan näkymän ulos tarjosi vessan/kylpyhuoneen ikkuna. Parveke/terassi sijaitsi tosiasiassa hotellin käytävällä eli ei ole yksityinen.
