Splitin historiallisessa osassa, vain 50 metrin päässä Unescon maailmanperintökohteisiin kuuluvan Diocletianuksen palatsin sisäänkäynnistä, sijaitseva Split Artistic Apartments tarjoaa asiakkailleen tyylikkään ja avantgardistinenn majoituksen ilmastoinnin ja ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden kera. Kaikissa huoneistoissa on visiittialue, jossa on vuodesohva, kirjoituspöytä, LCD-televisio ja DVD-soitin. Kaikissa majoitusyksiköissä on täysin sisältää minikeittiö sekä oma kylpyhuone. Huoneistoista on horisontti kohti Vanhankaupungin kattoja sekä Katedrala Svetog Duje -katedraalia. Lähin ruokakauppa on vain 50 metrin päässä, ja lähin ruokailupaikka sisältää vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Baareja, ravintoloita, kauppoja ja gallerioita löytyy ympäri Vanhaakaupunkia. Vihannestori on sen lisäksi kävelymatkan päässä. Suosittu Bačvicen hiekkaranta on 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Se tunnetaan lisäksi lukuisista baareistaan ja kahviloistaan sekä vilkkaasta yöelämästään. Riva-promenadi on suosittu tapaamispaikka, joka sijoitettu vain 50 metrin päässä huoneistoista. Rautatie- ja linja-autoasema sekä lauttasatama ovat 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Veneitä ympäröiville saarille lähtee päivittäin Splitin satamasta. Splitin lentokenttä on 30 km:n päässä.

"Easy to find. Met the owner in his art shop downstairs. Flat was well well equipped with everything we needed. Nice balcony area for chilling out on. Two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Shower worked well and there's even a washing machine if you need it. Great stay thanks"

"Fabulous apartment, right in the old town, on the third floor. The third bedroom was a bonus for us with two teenagers and we enjoyed the use of the terrace. Practically has everything you need. We cooked one night of our 4 night stay and did a wash. Highly recommend."

"Top location in the old town, the windows made their job keeping the noise from the street out. We did not cook during our stay, but the apartment had the necessary (stove, dishwashee, dripp coffee maker, water boiler, toaster and some oil, salt, tea, coffee etc). There is a small supermarket at few meters. To complete the confort, there are 2 air conditionachines in the living room and a washing machine. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a small single bedroom, in addition of the living room nd a common lovely terrace. Daniel was very kind, responsive and helpful."

"Great location, right in the heart of the centre of the old town of Split. Ideally located just round the corner from Diocletians Palace, numerous restaurants and bars, and places to see. The sea front is just minutes walking away, with a scenic view point up a hill not far as well. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Split, and the host was so helpful, showing us restaurants, attractions nearby on a map he gave us. There is a beautiful outdoor rooftop seating area located just down the stairs to sit on a nice day / evening. Would definately stay again in the future"
