Split Varoš Inn asemoi Splitin Varošin kaupunginosassa 500 metrin päässä kaupungin ydinkeskustasta ja 800 metrin päässä rannasta. Majoituspaikassa on ilmastoidut majoitusyksiköt ja ilmainen WiFi. Jaettu keittotila on käytettävissä maksutta. Kaikki majoitustilat ovat nykyaikainensti sisustettuja, ja niissä on taulu-tv kaapelikanavilla, vaatekaappi ja pieni taukoalue. Omassa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku. Rivan rantakadulle on 500 metriä, ja Unescon suojeleman Diocletianuksen palatsin sisäänkäynti ja Peristil-aukio ovat 650 metrin päässä. Lähin aamiaishuone, kahvila ja ruokakauppa ovat 200 metrin päässä majoituspaikasta. Suosittu Bacvicen ranta tunnetaan yötä päivää jatkuvasta viihdetarjonnastaan, ja sinne on vain 1,5 km. Täydellisesti patikointiin, piknikkeihin ja pitkiin kävelylenkkeihin sopiva Marjanin metsäpuisto on 700 metrin päässä. Majoituspaikasta on vain 800 metriä päälinja-auto- ja rautatieasemalle sekä Splitin lauttasatamaan, josta on päivittäiset yhteydet lähisaarille. Splitin lentokentälle on matkaa noin 30 km. Paikallisbussit pysähtyvät 200 metrin päässä.

"Huoneisto oli siisti ja hiljainen. Siellä oli kaikki tarvittava ja pieni keittiö. Kylpyhuone oli siisti. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Sijainti oli hyvä, vain 3 minuutin kävely Riva rantakadulle. Tunsin yksin matkustavana oloni asunnossa turvalliseksi. Sain jättää laukkuni säilytykseen koska minulla oli ilta lento."
"Tilasin majoittajalta kuljetuksen lentokentältä ja hän tuli itse vastaan taksia. En tiedä olisinko löytönyt asuntoa helposti ensimmäisellä kerralla jos olisin tullut yksin."

"It's a very nice accommodation with everything you may need incl. Aircon and a nice bathroom. Location was perfect for getting around old town Split. Communication with host was brilliant. And they let us keep our luggage in hallway when we checked out (which is shared by all room guests)"
"The room is quite dark due to the small, recessed window, which lets in very little natural light. This isn’t a major issue if you don’t plan on spending much time there during the day. Unfortunately, noise was an issue for us. Footsteps and movement from the upstairs neighbours were clearly audible, and on one night, other neighbours were loud and kept us awake until 2 a.m"
