Villa Ani asemoi Pagin saarella Novaljan kaupungin pääkadun varrella vain 500 metrin päässä rannalta. Se tarjoaa moderneja ja valoisia majoitusyksiköitä, joissa kaikissa on täysin tarjoaa keittiö. Majoituspaikassa on yhdessä yksityinen ulkolämmitetty allas sekä aurinkoterassi, jolla on aurinkotuolit. Villa Anin kaikissa itsepalvelustudioissa ja -huoneistoissa on kylpyhuone, satelliitti-tv ja sohva. Useimmissa niissä on muuten parveke tai terassi. Novaljan keskusta on 600 metrin päässä, ja sen lukuisat aamiaishuonet ja kaupat ovat helposti saavutettavissa. Suoraan kuuluisalle Zrcenin rannalle liikennöivä bussi pysähtyy vain muutaman metrin päässä.

It's a perfect place if you are heading to Novaljia (5min walking to the beach) or Zrce Beach (5min by taxi) The place is great, comfortable and the guests are also nice. You can go with family or friends and you will love it. Will definitely come back if we go to Novaljia. 10/10!"

"It's very nice apartment with nice furnishing and super comfortable king size bed. Kind stuff and clean facilities. Location is at main street to city center Novalja so it's quiet noisy and crowded, not recommending for families as hipsters not respecting basic rules of common facilities."

"Very good location, 5 min to city centre, 10 min away from Straško camping. If there would also be a pool (we stayed there in May) it would probably be a 10. Everything was Ok."

"The rooms were spacious, water pressure is very good, there is a microwace and a big fridge with freezer! The terrace was perfect for breakfasts and at night for chilling with the colorfull lights on."
